Vince Zampella, the mind behind the wildly popular franchise Call of Duty, has died in a vehicle crash in the state of California at the age of 55.
The tragic news was announced by Electronic Arts, which owns Respawn Entertainment, a game studio he co-founded.
The celebrated game designer passed away following his car crashed and was engulfed in flames on a freeway in Los Angeles on this past Sunday, as reported by.
